PRINTING A DOCUMENT
Word 2019 provides the option to preview a document before you print
it. You need a printer connected to the computer to take a printout.
To print a document:
1. Click the File tab.
The Backstage view appears.
2. Click the Print option.
The Print page appears. It displays a preview of the document
on the right side and provides options for printing the document
on the left side.
