You can apply your own column settings by clicking the
More Columns option from the Columns drop-down list and
specifying the number and width of columns in the Columns
dialog box.
Column formatting can be removed by clicking anywhere
inside one of the columns and selecting the One option
from the Columns drop-down list.

Word 2019 offers various options to set page margins, orientation, page size, and
add background colour or border to a page.

Page Margins
Page Margins are the blank spaces between the edge of a
page and the text in a document on all four sides.
By default, Word assigns a one inch margin all around a
page in a document.
To set predefined page margins:
1. In the Page Setup group on the Layout tab, click the 2
Margins button.
A drop-down list of predefined margin settings
appears.
2. Click the desired margin setting.
Word applies the new margin setting to the
document.
