(b) To edit the merged copies:
                     • Click the Edit individual letters… link.

                        The Merge to New Document dialog box opens.

                     • Specify the letters to edit and click the OK button.

                        Word creates a new document with the specified letters.

                     • Edit the content of the letters as desired.
                     • Print the edited letters or save them for future use.

            6.2  Click the Cross   button in the Mail Merge pane.
                  The Mail Merge Wizard pane closes.

                You can customise a data source by adding a new field, deleting an existing field, renaming an existing
                field, or changing the order of fields.
                1. In the New Address List dialog box, click the Customize Columns... button.
                2. The Customize Address List dialog box opens.

                    •   To add a new field in the data source, click the Add
                      button and type a name for the field in the Add Field
                      dialog box.
                    •   To  delete  a  field,  select  the  field  name  in  the  Field
                      Names list and click the Delete button.

                    •   To rename a field, select the field name in the Field
                      Names list, click the Rename... button and type the
                      new name in the Rename Field dialog box.
                    •   To change the order of a field, select the field name in
                      the Field Names list and click the Move Up or Move
                      Down button.
