To Save a document Using Password
Step 1: Select File Save
Step 2: Select the location on the disk to save the fi le.
Step 3: Type a suitable name for the document.
Step 4: To save the document with a password, put a tick on the checkbox Save with a password.

Step 5: Click on Save button. The Set Password dialog box opens.
Step 6: Type the password to open the fi le in the Enter password to open textbox.
Step 7: Type the same password in the second box and click on the OK button.
