Duplicating Slides
You can create a duplicate copy of an existing slide in a presentation.
To create a duplicate copy of a slide:
1. In the Slides pane, select the slide you want to duplicate.
2. On the Home tab, click the New Slide down arrow in the Slides group.
A gallery of slide layouts opens.

3. Click the Duplicate Selected Slides option.
PowerPoint inserts a copy of the selected slide after the current slide.
Reusing Slides
You can add slides from an existing presentation to the current presentation.
To reuse slides from an existing presentation:
1. In the Slides pane, select the slide after
which you want to insert the new slide. 2
2. On the Home tab, click the New Slide
down arrow in the Slides group. 1
A gallery of slide layouts opens.
3. Click the Reuse Slides... option.
The Reuse Slides pane opens on the right
side of the PowerPoint window.
4. Under Insert slide from, click the Browse
button.

The Browse dialog box opens.
