7. Under Settings:
• Click the down arrow next to Print All Slides and select an option to print

all slides or specific slides in a presentation.
• Click the down arrow next to Full Page Slides and select a Print layout option:
Full Page Slides : To print each slide on a full page.

Notes Pages : To print each slide along with speaker notes.
Outline : To print text outline of the entire presentation.
Handouts : To print thumbnails of one or more slides on a page.

8. Select any additional settings from the other drop-down lists, if needed.
9. Click the Print button.
PowerPoint prints the presentation as per your selected options.

Database Subject Enrichment

PowerPoint 2019 offers a large number of design templates. If
you wish to use a template based on a specific topic, type the
keyword in the text box on the New page and click the search
button. A list of templates based on the keyword is displayed.

Post-Processing   


 A Design Template is a blank presentation with a theme, specialised slide
layouts, and colour schemes.

 Slide layouts provide predefined elements for content in a slide.
 A Theme is a combination of colours, fonts, effects, and backgrounds.
 The background of a slide can be changed to a solid colour, gradient colour,

picture, texture, or pattern.
 The Print page provides a preview and options for printing a presentation.
