          SORTING RECORDS IN A DATASHEET

          Sorting Records
Access allows you to sort the records stored in a table based on the values in one or more fields, either
in ascending or descending order. Sorting of data makes it easy to compare values across records in a
table. By default, Access sorts records on the basis of ID (AutoNumber) field.

To sort records in a table:
            1. Open the table in Datasheet view.

            2. Click the column heading of the field on which you want to sort the data.
