2. On the Home tab, click the View down arrow in the Views group and select the Design View
option.
OR
Click the Design view button on the Status bar.
The table opens in the Design view.

You can also open a table in the Design View directly from the Navigation Pane. Right-click the table
in the Navigation Pane, and select the Design view option from the context menu.
