Field Names
          Each field in a table is given a unique name. A field name should be descriptive to identify the content
          and purpose of the field. A field name in Access can:
             •  be upto 64 characters.
             •  include letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters.
             •  be in uppercase, lowercase, or mixed case.
             •  not include a period ( . ), exclamation mark ( ! ), bracket ( [ ] ), or accent grave ( ` ).
             •  not start with a blank space.
          Data Types
          Each field in a table has a data type associated with it. A data type specifies the type of values that the
          field can contain. The given table describes the data types available in Access 2019.

                Some datatypes available in Access 2019 are not applicable on older versions of Access. When you select
                such a data type for a field, Access displays a warning message about the incompatibility of the data type.
