5. In the left pane of the dialog box, select the
Advanced option.

the Edit Custom Lists... button.
The Customs Lists dialog box opens.

The list of values gets added to the Custom lists box
and the list items are displayed in the List entries box.
8. Click the OK button to close the Custom Lists dialog
box.
9. Click the OK button to close the Excel Options dialog
box.

You can also add a new custom list by typing the values in
the List entries box, separated by commas, and clicking the
Add button.
Using a Custom List
To use a custom list: 1
1. Type a value from the custom list in a cell.
2. Click and drag the fill handle down to fill a vertical cell range or
across to fill a horizontal cell range.
Excel fills the range of cells with the values in the custom list.
Editing and Deleting a Custom List 2
To edit a custom list:
1. In the Custom Lists dialog box, select the list you want to edit.
2. Edit the list in the List entries box and click the Add button.
