5.  Use the formatting options at the top of the window
                to format the message.

            6.  Click the Send button.

                 The Mail app sends your email message. A copy of
                the sent email message is stored in the Sent Items
                folder.

                To attach a file to your email message, on the Insert tab,
                click the Files button and select the file you want to attach
                to the email from the Open dialog box.



           EMAIL NETIQUETTES

          Email Netiquettes refer to the rules that one should follow while composing or replying email messages.
          Some of these rules are:
            1.  Keep email messages brief and to the point.
            2.  Use proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

            3.  Do not send private or confidential information via email.
            4.  Use the subject field to indicate the content and purpose on email.

            5.  Do not attach unnecessary files.
            6.  Do not forward spam email.
            7.  Do  not  send  or  forward  email  messages  containing  defamatory,

                offensive, racist, or obscene remarks.
            8.  Keep your language gender neutral.

               Health Tip


              Sitting in front of a computer causes the upper body muscles to tire and weakens them
              over a period. The Standing Side Bend exercise helps you stretch your upper body muscles
              and keep them in proper shape.

              1.  Stand up tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your arms up and  above
                 your head.
              2. Bend your upper body to the right and hold for 5 seconds.
              3. Return to the initial position and bend to the left side.
              4. Keep alternating sides for 10 times.
