To view or download an attachment:
1. Open an email message with an attachment.

The thumbnail of the attached file is displayed at the bottom of the email message.
2. Click the thumbnail to preview it on the screen or click the Download button to save the
attached file on your computer.
Deleting an Email
You can delete email messages from the Inbox and other folders.
To delete an email:
1. Open the folder that contains the email message you want to delete

2. Mark the check box in front of the email message.
3. Click the Delete button.
The email gets deleted from the selected folder.
Knowledge Discovery Subject Enrichment
Deleted email messages are stored in the Trash folder. If you delete messages from the Trash
folder, they get permanently deleted from your mail account.
