Signing Out from an Email Account

          You should sign out from your email account properly once your work is
          finished to avoid misuse of your account by other people.
          To sign out from your Gmail account:

            1.  Click the account picture or account name at the top-right corner of
                the window.

                 A menu appears.
            2.  Click the Sign out button.                                          2

                 Gmail closes your email account.


          USING WINDOWS 10 MAIL APP
          The Mail app in Windows 10 allows you to manage your email account without the need of any web
          browser. It lets you connect to your email account, send email, and manage received emails.

          Starting the Mail App

          To start the Mail app in Windows 10:
            1.  Click the Start button.                                         2

                 The Start menu appears.
            2.  In the list of programs, click Mail.
                 The Mail app window opens.                                     1


          Configuring an Email Account in Mail App
          Before you use the Mail app to send or receive email messages, you must link your email account with

          the Mail app.
          To link your Gmail account to the Mail app:
            1.  Click the Accounts button on the left navigation pane.

                 The Manage accounts pane appears on the right side of the app window.
            2.  Click the + Add account button.

                 The Add an account dialog box opens.
