Mind Fog ERROR
You need to enter your username and password each time you access your email account. Web browsers
prompt you to save the password for your email account. Use this option only if no unauthorised person
accesses your computer.
Viewing an Email 1 2
To view the contents of an email:
1. Click the folder in which the email is stored.
A list of all email messages in the folder
is displayed, sorted from latest to earliest
message. The list displays the sender’s name
and the subject of the message. The unread
email messages are displayed in bold.
2. Click an email message.

The contents of the email message are displayed on the screen.
Composing and Sending an Email
To compose and send an email:
1. Click the Compose button on the left side of your mail home page.
The New Message window opens. 2
