MIT App Inventor (https://appinventor.mit.edu)

App Inventor is actively managed and developed by
MIT’s Mobile Learning Lab. It provides a graphical
interface where you can combine various elements to
develop your app. It provides elements that let you add
functionality to your app without any prior experience
            of coding.
