Using Functions
To insert functions in a Calc worksheet:

Step 1: Select the cell in the worksheet where the function’s results are to be displayed.
Step 2: Click the Insert menu and select Function option.

Click Function Wizard button on the Formula bar.

Press Ctrl+ F2 keyboard shortcut.

The Function Wizard dialog box appears.
Step 3: Select the function category from the Category drop list. Function from the selected category will
