Compound Formulas
Compound formulas are used when you need more than one operator.
To calculate the average, follow these steps:
Step 1: Type the contents in the worksheet.
Step 2: Click cell B7 (where the result of the formula is to be displayed).
Step 3: Here, type = (B2 + B3 +B4 + B5) / 4.
Step 4: Press the Enter key and the result will be displayed.
