The Control key is used to select more than
one range of cells.
Saving a Workbook
Every workbook created in Calc must be saved and assigned a name to distinguish it from other workbooks.
The fi rst time you save a workbook, Calc will prompt you to assign a name through the Save As operation.
Once assigned a name, any additional changes made to the text, numbers, or formulas must be saved using
the Save operation.
You can enter data in different worksheets of a workbook. All these worksheets are saved together as a single
workbook.
To save a workbook:
Step 1: Click on File menu.
Step 2: Click on Save As option .
Step 3: Enter a suitable name for the workbook in the File name box in the Save As dialog box.
Step 4: Click on the Save button to save your workbook.
