in one go. A Range is a group of contiguous cells selected along with the active cell forming a rectangular block
        of cells. The range can have few cells in it, whole row, entire column or whole sheet. You can perform various
        operations on a cell range contents like copying, moving, deleting, applying cell formatting, etc.
        Selecting a Cell Range

        Click the fi rst i.e., top left corner cell from where the range is to start and holding the left mouse button, drag till
        the last cell i.e., bottom right cell of the range.
                                            Or
        Click to select the fi rst cell. Hold the Shift key and click in the last cell of the range.
                                            Or
        Select the fi rst cell. Hold Shift key and move the cell pointer to last cell using arrow keys.




























        Selecting Multiple Ranges
        You can select multiple non-consecutive ranges in the worksheet to perform common operations.
        Step 1:  Select the fi rst range.

        Step 2:  Hold the Ctrl key on the keyboard and select the next range.
                 The next range of cells without deselecting the previous range will be selected.
