The work chair should:

        Cautions While Working on the Computer
        It is important to be safe while working on the computer to reduce the risk of physical discomfort, injuries and
        mental strain. Some important tips to consider while working on a computer to maintain good health, prevent
        injuries, and enhance productivity are as follows:
        v   Get up and stretch or walk around every hour to reduce muscle tension and improve circulation.
        v   Use  appropriate  lighting  to  minimize  glare  on  your  screen.  Avoid  working  in  overly  bright  or  dark
            environments.
        v   Learn and utilize keyboard shortcuts to reduce mouse usage and potential strain on wrists.
        v   Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reduce distractions and injuries from clutter.
        v   A power backup system is the best way to protect during a power outage. It gives your computer  a steady
            supply of power, so it doesn’t turn off suddenly.
        v   Unplug all power sources and cables from the computer. If you are working with a plugged in computer
            then it might damage your hardware.
        v   Loose cords and wires can be dangerous and can even cause electrical shocks. Never touch or try to fix any
            electrical devices with wet hands as this can increase the risk of electric shocks.

                                           Prevent Accidents and Emergencies

        A workplace is usually well-run and employers try their best to provide a safe place for their employees. It
        is advisable to keep a workplace hazard-free and as safe as possible for their employees, but there are some
        chances of accidents with large number of employees working at same place. There can be many reasons that
        can be hazardous to the employees which include:
        v   Leaky ceilings
        v   Narrow walkaways
        v   Uneven floor conditions

        v   Unexpected fire accidents may take place due to short-circuits

        Accident
        An accident is an unplanned event that may happen all of a sudden and may lead to unwanted or unprecedented
        results/outcomes. It can be defined as an unfortunate incident that occurs unintentionally causing hazardous
        result or injury or unwanted results.

        Types of Accidents
        Accidents may be of following types:

        v   Slips and fall accidents, fire at workplace        v   Clinical Accidents
        v   Industrial disease/illness                         v   Sports related accidents
        v   Road traffic accidents
        v   Injuries from escalators or elevators
