Step 3: Select Area tab.
Step 4: Select any of the option from the list: None, Color, Gradient, Image, Pattern, or Hatch.
• None: No background.
• Color: Select a solid colour under the Color section.
• Gradient: You can select increments between the colours to be automatic or you can select the
amount for the gradient. Remove the check to specify the amount.
• Hatch: Select the hatching design. Then, if you want a background colour, check Background color
and select the colour.
• Image: Select the image that you want as background.
• Pattern: Select the pattern that you want.
Set options like style, size, positions, etc. for the selected option.
Step 5: Click the Apply button to see the effects of the selected option
Step 6: Click the OK button. The background of the from will be changed.
Adding a Tooltip
A tooltip is a specific text message that appears when the mouse pointer hovers over a specific element on a
screen. It can be an icon, text, or any other object. For example, when the mouse pointer is positioned over the
Employee Id text box, a message like “Enter Employee Id” may be displayed.
