You can navigate in the forward or backward direction using Next record or Previous record buttons on the
form. Using First record and Last record buttons, you can directly jump to the first or last record respectively.
New record button is used to add a new record in the table at the end.
To edit any record using the form, move on to that record by typing the record number in the navigation bar. To
save your changes, click on the Save record button. To delete a record, click on Delete record button.

Modifying a Form
We can move the controls to different places in the form and change the background to a picture.
To modify the form:
Step 1: Right-click on the form you want to modify.
Step 2: Click on Edit option. The form will be opened in the Edit mode.
