CHANGING A MIXED FRACTION INTO AN IMPROPER FRACTION

We can change a mixed fraction, say 3 into an improper fraction by following these steps:

Step 1: Separate the whole number part from the fractional part using the ‘+’ sign. 3 1

We can change an improper fraction say into a mixed fraction by following these steps.
