        Step 3:  Now, draw the perpendicular line through point ‘K’ and mark another point      R
                 ‘R’ on this line which is 8 cm far from point ‘P’. So PR = 8 cm.

        Step 4:  Now, again repeat the step (2) to draw an another perpendicular to PQ through point ‘Q’.

        Step 5:  Now, draw an another perpendicular line through point ‘L’ and mark another point ‘S’ on this line with
                 the help of scale which is also 8 cm far apart from point ‘Q’. So, QS = 8 cm.

        Step 6:  Now, meet the point ‘R’ and point ‘S’ with the help of scale. By measurement of RS, we found that
                 RS = 6 cm.
