Now, answer the following questions carefully.

Decimal Notation of Money
100 paise = 1 rupee
If we divide both sides by 100,
we get, 100 paise = 1 rupee or 1 paise = 0.01 rupee

Similarly, 5 paise = 0.05 rupee, 10 paise = 0.10 rupee, 15 paise = 0.15 rupee, etc.
Conversion of Rupees into Paise and Vice-Versa
To convert rupees into paise, we multiply the amount Fact-o-meter
by 100.
To convert paise into rupees, we divide the amount � ` 1 = 100 paise (p)
