It is common to experience eye strain after spending a
long time on the computer. A simple Palming exercise
              can help relieve tired eyes.

              1. Sit straight on a chair and close your eyes.
              2. Rub your hands and place the warm palms on your eyes for 10 seconds.
              3. Repeat five times.

 Scratch allows more than one sprite in a project.
 Each sprite in a project must be programmed separately.

 A Costume is a specific appearance for a sprite. Changing costumes of a
                  sprite creates animation.
 The Paint Editor lets you create new sprites and costumes.

 The Backdrop Library lets you add new backdrops to the Stage.

 Sounds can be added to a project to make its execution a complete
                  audio-visual experience.
