“It is still morning. Why do you look so tired?” Shreya asked.

          “There was too much homework to do yesterday that I spent all night
          doing it. And now I feel very stressed because I could not complete one

          maths exercise that the teacher had given,” Meghna said.

          “Why? Did you not attempt it?” Preeti asked.

          “I did attempt the exercise. But I did not understand it well and could not

          do it,” Meghna said.

          “Oh,  Meghna,  then  why  are you  so  worried? You  can  always  ask  the

          teacher. They are there to help us,” Sakshi said.

          “But I see that you have been looking like this for the past few days. When
          was the last time you went out to play?” Shreya asked.

          “I  think  I have not  gone  out  of  my house  in  the  past  two  weeks,”

          Meghna said.

          “Hmm, I have an idea that will help you feel better. Today, when you go
          home, take out one hour to play some outdoor games, then spend one

          hour doing some activity like painting or singing, anything that you like.
          After that, sit down to study,” Preeti said.

          That day Meghna followed the advice given by her friends. She observed

          that playing some outdoor games and spending some quiet time painting

          really helped her concentrate well on her studies. She also did not feel
          dull like before.

          “Your idea worked, my friends! I feel much better,” Meghna said cheerfully

          the next day.
