“Sometimes, work overload and not being able to spend some time
playing or exercising can make us feel dull. We feel energised in our body
when we do some exercise or play. In doing so, our mind also feels fresh
and we are able to perform well. And when we spend some time doing
activities like painting or singing that do not cause stress, our mind feels
relaxed. All these ways help us mentally. Practice this everyday, and you
will see the difference soon,” her friends replied.
