A Chart is a visual representation of data in which data is represented by symbols, such as bars, lines,
or circles. A chart conveys the meaning behind the data it represents and makes comparisons and
understanding trends much easier.
The given spreadsheet displays sales data of stationery items in the months of March and April and a
chart depicting the data in graphical format.

Charts make it easier to usually present large quantities of data and easy to understand the relationships
between different parts of the data.
