Removing Conditional Formatting                                                                1

          To remove conditional formatting:
            1.  Select  the  cells  on  which  conditional
                formatting is applied.
            2.  On  the  Home  tab,  click  the  Conditional
                Formatting button in the Styles group.

                 A drop-down menu appears.

                                                  3.  Point to the Clear Rules option and select the Clear Rules
                                                       from Selected Cells or Clear Rules from Entire Sheet option.
                                                       Excel removes the conditional formatting as per the selected
                                                       option.

          USING FORMAT PAINTER
          The  Format  Painter  in  Excel  allows  you  to  copy  all  the
          formatting applied to one cell to other cells, easily and quickly.

          To copy formatting using Format Painter:
            1.  Select the cell that contains the formatting you want to
                copy.
            2.  On the Home tab, click the Format Painter        button in

                the Clipboard group.
                 The mouse pointer changes to a paint brush         pointer.      1
            3.  Click and drag the paint brush pointer over the cells you want to format.

                 The cells are formatted the same way as the selected cell.

               Data visualisation is the process of making complex data more accessible and useful. Conditional Formatting
               in Excel is a great tool for visualising data. By creating simple rules that highlight just the data you are
               interested in, you can spot key information very quickly. You can use conditional formatting to quickly
               highlight duplicate values, unique values, values repeating more than a specified number of times, top five,
               or bottom five values in data that is spread over a large range of cells.
