Running the Slide Show
            You can run the slide show to view the entire presentation with all the applied effects.

            To run a slide show:
            1.  Click  on  the  Slideshow                button  at  the
                upper-right side of the page.
                 The slide show runs in full-screen mode. A navigation
                bar in the lower-left corner provides you options to
                run the slide show.
            2.  Move between the slides using the < and > buttons
                on the navigation bar or the left and right arrow keys
                on the keyboard.

            3.  Press the Esc key to exit full-screen mode and end
                the slide show.

            Google Sheets
            Google Sheets is a free web-based spreadsheet application offered by Google which allows you to
            create and manage spreadsheets. The various actions related to data and a worksheet are performed
            as in Microsoft Excel.

            Creating a New Spreadsheet

            You can create a spreadsheet in Google Sheets from a blank presentation or use a template.
            To create a new spreadsheet:
            1.  Log in to your Google account.

            2.  From the Google apps drop-down menu, select the Sheets option.
                 The Google Sheets page opens.
            3.  Click the Blank option.

                 A  blank  spreadsheet  named  ‘Untitled  spreadsheet’  with  one  worksheet
                opens.
            4.  Click on ‘Untitled spreadsheet at the top of the page and type a desired name for the spreadsheet.



















            5.  Enter the data in the worksheet as required. You can format the data using the various options
                from the Toolbar or in the Format menu.
