To use a function in a spreadsheet:
            1.  Create the worksheet as shown in the image.

            2.  Select cell G2.
            3.  On the Toolbar, click the Functions button and select the Sum function from the list of functions.


















                 The SUM appears in cell G2. A tool tip appears to assist you in using the function.
            4.  Type C2:F2 in the brackets and press the Enter key.















                 The result of the function is displayed in cell G2.
            5.  Click the Autofill Tick button to accept the formula in the remaining cells.
