CREATING A CHART

            To create a chart:                                                                                    2
              1.  Select  the  cell  range  that  contains  data  for
                  which you want to create a chart.
              2.  On  the  Insert  tab,  click  the  Recommended
                  Charts button in the Charts group.

                  The Insert Chart dialog box opens.

              3.  Under the Recommended Charts tab, select a chart from the list of charts.
                                                              OR
                  Under the All Charts tab, select the chart type you want to use.
              4.  Click the OK button.
                  Excel inserts the selected chart for the data in the worksheet.

              5.  Drag the sizing handles around the chart to resize.

             You can also insert a chart by selecting the cell range and clicking the desired
             chart button in the Charts group on the Insert tab.
