Formatting refers to changes in the appearance and arrangement of text in a
document.
The Font group provides options to change the font, size, colour, style, and case of
the text.
The Paragraph group provides options to format text in the whole paragraph, such
as text alignment and creating lists.
Text that is above the normal line of text is called Superscript, while text that is
below the normal line of text is called Subscript.
Word 2016 provides several options to change the case of text – Sentence case,
lowercase, UPPERCASE, Capitalise Each Word, and tOGGLE cASE.
Alignment is the manner in which text is placed between the margins of a page.
Bulleted or numbered lists are used to present information in an organised manner.
