Step 3:  Select the Alignment tab.
        Step 4:  Choose  the required horizontal and  vertical alignments from  the respective  boxes under the Text
                 Alignment section.
        Step 5:  Click the OK button to apply the settings.

        Changing Orientation of Cell Contents
        The Orientation option is used to rotate the text in variety of ways.
        To change the orientation of cell:

        Step 1:  Select the cell to rotate its text.
        Step 2:  Click on Format menu and select Cells option. The Format Cells dialog box appear with Number tab
                 selected in it.

        Step 3:  Select the Alignment tab.























        Step 4:  Specify the degree under Text Orientation section.
        Step 5:  Click the OK button.

        Text Control
        Text Control provides two important options: Wrap text automatically and Shrink to fi t cell size.
          v Wrap text automatically: It helps multiple lines of text to be displayed in a single cell.
          v Shrink to fi t cell size: If a small amount of data isn’t visible in a cell, you can reduce the font size of the
              data so that you don’t have to resize the column. But this is not an option if the text is much larger than
              the cell width.
