Step 3: Select the desired line spacing from the list that appears.

Alternatively, you can also use Paragraph dialog box to choose the required option.
Step 1: Select the paragraph.
Step 2: Click on Format menu and select Paragraph option. The Paragraph dialog box appears.

Step 3: Click on Indents and Spacing tab.
Step 4: Click an option under Line Spacing section.
