Paragraph Formatting
A document in Writer is a collection of sentences and paragraphs. In Writer, when you press Enter key, a
paragraph break is inserted automatically. Writer offers various formatting features to control the appearance of
text in a paragraph like alignments, spacing, indentations, etc.

Aligning Text
The way in which the text is placed on a page with respect to the page margen is called alignment. When the text
is entered in Writer document, by default it appears aligned towards the left side of the page along the margin.
But we can always change this alignment to center, right or justifi ed as needed.

Aligns text with respect to
