Step 2: Select Connect to an existing database. The choices for database type depend on your operating system.
For example, we choose spreadsheet. Click the Next button.

Step 3: Type the path to the database file or click on Browse button and use the Open dialog box to navigate
to and select the database file. Click the Next button.

Step 4: Select Yes, register the database for me, but uncheck the checkbox marked Open the database for
editing.

Step 5: Click the Finish button. Name and save the database at the desired location.
