Step 2: To disable sharing, uncheck on Share this spreadsheet with other users and then click on OK button.

Step 3: A message box appears stating that you disable shared mode thst hinders all other uses of the shared
spreadsheet to merge back them work. Click on Yes button to continue. The word (shared) will then
disappear from the title bar after the document’s title.

Opening and Saving a Shared Spreadsheet Recording Changes
To open a shared spreadsheet and save any changes:
Step 1: Open Calc and click on Open option in the File menu.
