Step 6: Click the OK button. Now, you see the selected table ranges under Available Table/Ranges section.
Check on Update every checkbox and mention the time in which you want to update it. Click the OK
button.

The data imported from the text file in the Calc worksheet is linked to the file and will reflect changes
when the text file is changed.

Linking to Registered Data Sources

You can access a variety of databases and other data sources and link them into Calc documents. First you need
to register the data source with LibreOffice. Registering data source means to specify what type of data source
it is and where the file is located. The way to do this depends on whether or not the data source is a database in
*.odb format.
To register a data source that is in Base format:
Step 1: Click on Tools  Options.

Step 2: The Options-LibreOffice Base- Databases dialog box will open. Click on LibreOffice Base  Databases.
