Step 3.  Once you have done, click anywhere in the document to activate it.

            Deleting Comments
            To delete a comment, click the down arrow located at the bottom right corner of the comment box. A pop up
            menu appears that offers options to delete just the current comment, delete all comments made by a specific
            author, or delete all comments in the document. Choose the desired option as per your requirement.































            Comparing Documents

            After the reviewers have made their changes and provided comments, Writer enables users to compare the
            original document with the edited version, allowing them to choose the best suitable options.

            To compare the documents, follow the given steps:
            Step 1:  Open the modified document.
            Step 2:  Select Edit > Track Changes > Compare Documents option. The Compare to Original Document dialog
                     box appears.
            Step 3:  Browse and select the original file to compare.
            Step 4:  Accept or reject changes in the Manage Changes dialog box.
            Step 5:  Save the edited file.
