Adverbs of Interrogation
An adverb of interrogation is the adverb that asks a question about an
action or quality.
1. When does she get up in the morning?
2. How did you solve this problem?
The words when and how qualify verbs, adjectives or other adverbs. So
they are adverbs. Each of them asks a question, too. So it is an adverb of
interrogation.
Relative Adverbs
An relative adverbs is an adverb that relates two clauses.
1. The year when she died was 2008.
2. Hong Kong, where he had his education, is a beautiful city.
The words when and where are adverbs. Each of them relates two clauses. So it is an relative
adverbs.
Comparison of Adverbs

before them.
