Negative Sentence
To make negative sentences in present continuous tense, we use is not with singular
subjects, are nots with plural subjects, and am not with I.
Read the given sentences.
1. He is not going to office right now.
2. The students are not participating in the competition.
3. I am not waiting for you.
Interrogative Sentence
To make interrogative sentences in present continuous tense, we use is with singular
subjects, are with plural subjects, and am with I in the beginning of the sentences.
Read the given sentences.
1. Is he going to office right now?
2. Are the students participating in the competition?
3. Am I waiting for you?
