Example 7: Convert 4153 cm into m and cm.

Solution: 4153 cm = (4100 + 53) cm
= 4100 cm + 53 cm
= (4100 ÷ 100) m + 53 cm  1 cm = 1 m 
  100 

= 41 m + 53 cm = 41 m 53 cm
