        Some  sports  involve  high  level  of  risks  because  they  commonly  incorporate  high  speed,  height,  a
        high level of physical activity, and highly specialised gears.

        Here is a list of some of the world’s extreme adventure sports and where they are mainly practised.



          BULL RUNNING, SPAIN
          This sport is both fun and dangerous. It is an annual sport event that
          takes place in Spain where the participants from around the world run
          ahead of six bulls for over 800m.




                                          CLIFF DIVING, WALES
                                          Cliff  diving  is  one  of  the  most  extreme  adventure  sports,  with
                                          athletes  twisting,  and  somersaulting  from  as  high  as  25  feet.  It  is
                                          practised at the Blue Lagoon in Whales, UK.








          WAVE SURFING, HAWAII
          Wave  surfing  is  one  of  the  most  popular  and  preferred  extreme
          sport.  It  is  performed  by  standing  or  laying  on  a  surfboard  and
          surfing the waves. It is commonly practised in Hawaii.






                                          SHARK-CAGE DIVING, AUSTRALIA
                                          This  water  sport  is  extremely  dangerous  as  participants  come  in
                                          close  contact  with  sharks.  It  is  similar  to  snorkeling  where  the
                                          participants remain in a study cage to protect them from the sharks.








          ICE CLIMBING, USA OR SWITZERLAND
           It  is  an  extreme  winter  sport  suitable  for  experienced  climbers.  The
           climbers  have  specific  climbing  equipments  which  are  used  to  ascend
           an inclined ice formation. It is practised in Switzerland and USA.
