Asian Games
Asian Games are organised by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), and are held every four years
among athletes from all over Asia. India is the member of the South Asian Zone of OCA.
Motto: Ever Onward
Emblem: A bright red sun with 16 rays and a white circular disk in the middle.
Torch: Dalip singh, a 1924 Olympian lighted the cauldron with the use of the Asian Games Torch,
which had been lit by the rays of the sun.
