                    Physical complications of childhood obesity
                     may include: diabetes, joint pain, breathing
                     problems,     fatty   lever,   cardiovascular
                     diseases, etc.

           4    Prevention


















                    Exercising Regularly: Exercising regularly could help burn calories which may result in
                     weight loss, it also improves cardiovascular ability of a person.

                    Keeping Calories in Check: Eating food in moderation and keeping calories count will
                     help prevent over eating and going over the daily caloric requirement.

                    Getting  enough  sleep:  Some  studies  indicate  that  insufficient  sleep  may  increase  the
                     risk of obesity. Sleep deprivation can cause hormonal imbalances that leads to increased
                     appetite.
