He had thoughts like, “How will I sleep in those bushes, and without my

              favourite toys? What if thunder comes falling on us? What if monsters
              come out at night? What if I am stung by a bee?”


              It was too obvious what Nick was feeling. He was feeling anxious.

              On their way, Nick was quiet the whole time. They arrived at the campsite

              and set up their camps. Till the time his dad was setting up everything,
              Nick decided to go for a walk in the forest.


              On his way, he met a raccoon. The raccoon was writing something in his
              notes. Nick asked about it.


              “Well, I had been too anxious about making new friends. So I found a way
              to deal with my anxiety. I am going to write down all my worries and throw

              them away,” explained the raccoon. Nick found that very interesting.

              Then he met a moose on his way. The moose was singing loudly and

              melodiously. Nick asked him about it. The moose said, “I had been feeling
              very anxious about my football game and going to the dentist. So I am

              singing loudly as that helps me deal with my anxiety.” Nick found that

              very interesting and he moved on.

              He then met a bear who was doing yoga. Nick asked about it. The bear

              said, “I am anxious about my first day of school.
              So I am doing yoga to relax. This helps

              me with my anxiety.” Like everything

              else, Nick found that very interesting,
              too. He moved on again. Later when

              Nick got  back  to  the campsite,

              he  did everything  he  had
              learnt from the animals on

              the way. And surely, his

              anxiety  was  relieved
              sooner than he could

              have thought.
