Health Tip
Sitting in front of a computer for long periods can lead to a lack of physical
activity. This in turn leads to obesity, improper circulation of blood, and reduced
metabolism. The High Knees exercise is a combination of the Run in Place exercise
with exaggerated knee lifts. This is a great full-body warm-up exercise that increases
aerobic fitness and prepares your body for more complex movements. Performing
high knees brings your heart rate up, increases your metabolism, and helps you
burn more calories throughout the day.
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Face forward and open your chest.
2. Bring your knees up to waist level, and then slowly land on the balls of your feet.
3. Repeat until the set is complete.
Database Subject Enrichment
Photoshop’s features are practically endless, which explains why more than
90% of professional artists around the globe use it for their creative work.
With its versatile features and amazing tools, Photoshop has become the
standard image editing program not only amongst photographers and
photo retouchers but also among digital artists, graphic designers, and
art directors, as well as animators, 3D designers, game designers, and VFX artists. Using Photoshop for
image editing has become such a standard process that the Oxford English Dictionary has added the term
“Photoshop” to its collection. The term is classified as a verb, and it refers to an image that has been
edited within the program.
