Using Paint Tool

The Paint tool lets you draw strokes in different shapes and colours on the

Canvas. To paint using a brush:

1. Click the Paint tool in the Toolbox.

2. Select a desired brush shape from the Selector.

3. Select a desired colour from the Colors Palette.

4. Click and drag the pointer on the Canvas to draw.

The Canvas is painted with the selected brush stroke in the selected

colour.

Saving a Drawing

You can save your drawing in Tux Paint to reuse it later. To save a drawing:
1. Click the Save tool in the Toolbox.

The drawing is saved. It is accompanied by a camera shutter sound.

Opening a Saved Drawing

You can open your saved drawings to use again. To open a saved drawing:

1. Click the Open tool in the Toolbox.

All your saved drawings are displayed.
